The service

Kashla is a personal budgeting app published by Expensear LLC. By installing or using it you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

Not financial advice

Figures shown by Kashla — what’s left until payday, safe-to-spend, subscription totals, goal dates, currency conversions — are estimates computed from what you enter. They are informational and may be wrong or out of date. Kashla is not a bank, a financial adviser or a tax service, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to spend, save or invest.

Kashla Plus

• Plus is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) billed to your Apple ID at the price shown in the app for your country.
• New subscribers get a free trial of the length shown at purchase. Payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same term and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. Prices may change; you will be told in advance and can cancel before the new price applies.
• Restore purchases from the paywall on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

Your data and your responsibility

Your ledger is stored on your device and is yours. You are responsible for backing up your phone. If you share a budget, you are responsible for who you invite: every member sees the expenses logged in that household.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Kashla to break the law, to attack the service, or to store content that belongs to someone else without their permission. Don’t reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Intellectual property

Kashla, its name, icon, design and code are owned by Expensear LLC. Brand names and logos shown inside the app (for example, subscription services) belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Warranty and liability

Kashla is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on the app’s figures. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Plus in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using Kashla at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the service, or change these terms, with notice in the app or on this page. Cancelling Plus does not delete your ledger.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Expensear LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
